Flexo printing on polyethylene
Elplast EOOD prints polyethylene packaging by flexographic printing in up to 4 colours on two flexo printing machines at its own production site in Asenovgrad, Bulgaria. We print on polyethylene (PE) only – the film, bags, sacks and covers that we extrude ourselves. The standard print width is up to 1,200 mm, and wide-format flexo printing reaches up to 1,700 mm. Prepress is done in-house – you do not need to supply a print-ready file.

What we print
We produce printed packaging for a wide range of uses – from a company logo on the pack to a complete design. Printing is a cost-effective way to promote your product and give it a finished look. We print bags, sacks, industrial covers, shrink hoods, polyethylene packaging film, heat-shrink film, promotional bags with die-cut handles and industrial films.

In-house prepress – no print-ready file needed
You do not need a print-ready file. Send us your logo, text or idea and our prepress team will prepare the artwork for flexo printing on polyethylene. The 30-day lead time is counted from design submission.
Printing plates and pricing
The cost of the printing plates depends on the number of colours and the size of the print repeat, so it is calculated individually for each enquiry. Prices are not published on the website – send us the packaging dimensions, quantity and number of colours and we will send you a quote.
Wide-format flexo printing up to 1,700 mm
We have equipment for printing on wide industrial films, large industrial polyethylene covers and shrink hoods – wide-format flexo printing up to 1,700 mm. This lets us produce printed polyethylene covers in large formats.
